Apartments on Connor is an independent short-term accommodation  provider, offering self-contained apartments for both the corporate and leisure traveller. 

 

We are a small business with a portfolio of 8 apartments, all situated within the M&A building on Connor Street, Fortitude Valley. We are proud of  our small size and  believe we can offer a more personal experience to our guests by remaining small.

Welcoming guests since 2020, Apartments on Connor has a fresh and vibrant energy without compromising on quality and professionalism, having over a decade of  experience in the short-term accommodation sector.

We have loved every second of this journey and are humbled to know that it's only through our wonderful guests that our dream continues to be our reality.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME


Our one and two bedroom fully self-contained apartments are equipped with everything you need to settle in for a comfortable stay. 

Each air conditioned apartment has a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linen and towelling provided, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, all cooking utilities and cookware included, a Nespresso coffee machine with a handful of pods to get you started and your own private laundry complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

WI-FI
Our guests are provided with unlimited, high-speed Wi-Fi - complimentary of course! 

PARKING
Secure, on-site, allocated parking  for one vehicle is included complimentary for our direct bookers  - the car park height clearance is 2.2 meters. On-site visitor paid parking is also available through Secure - the visitor parking rates are displayed at the entry boom gate.

We love fur babies - how could we not, with these two sets of beady eyes staring at us every day! For those that just can't leave their little one behind when travelling...we know the feeling! ​

​

Apartments on Connor welcomes up to two small dogs (under 15kgs) to join responsible pet owners in one of our select, pet-approved apartments. There is a one-off $80 pet stay fee and pet-friendly apartments are subject to availability.

CENTRAL & CONVENIENT

Our apartments are located between McLaughlan St and Ann St, within the M&A building at 25 Connor St, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006

We are in a top-rated location, just a five minute walk from the highly acclaimed James Street Precinct of Fortitude Valley, where fine dining, boutique clothing stores and some of Brisbane's most sought-after hotspots line the green and leafy streets. 

 
Our position to the Valley's bars, restaurants and nightlife means that you can enjoy a night out and not worry about Ubering it anywhere if your up for a short stroll! 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We are under a 10 minute walk to the Valley Metro Train Station, busses arrive just around the corner on Ann Street and ordering an Uber to the front of the building is  generally a two minute wait, so getting around is never a problem. 
 
You can catch a cab from the airport to the building (most cost-effective for two or more travellers) or the Airtrain (most cost-effective for solo travellers).
 
 If you want to cross the river quickly and without a car, the best way to do this is to locate a City Cat ferry terminal and wait for the next ferry which come by frequently - you will need a Go Card to 'tap on' and 'tap off' but the fares are inexpensive.

Electric bikes and scooters are another popular form of transportation in Brisbane and you can hire either by downloading the Beam or Neuron phone apps.
