We are excited to be one of Fortitude Valley's very few pet-friendly accommodation providers! 

With a select range of 1 bedroom pet-approved apartments, we gladly welcome one or two small (under 15 kgs) dogs or cats at an additional $50 charge.

Our pet-friendly apartments are subject to availability and require additional documentation so contact us to enquire about making a pet-stay booking!







Our apartments are situated in a fantastic position rated highly among guests.


We are just a five minute walk from the highly acclaimed James Street Precinct of Fortitude Valley, where fine dining, boutique clothing stores and some of Brisbane's most sought-after hotspots line the streets. 

All of our "City View Apartments" and our "2 Bedroom Apartment" have stunning views of the Brisbane CBD with a glimpse of Story Bridge and beautiful sunsets to admire against the city-scape.

Our position to The Valley's bars, restaurants and nightlife means that you can enjoy a night out and not worry about Ubering it anywhere if your up for a short stroll! 

We are under a 10 minute walk to the Valley Metro Train Station, busses arrive just around the corner on Ann Street and Ubers from the front of the building are generally a 1-2 minute wait, so getting around is never a problem.


Guests of Apartments on Connor are welcome to enjoy the Level 3 Pool and BBQ Recreational Area, featuring a 20 meter lap pool, grassy picnic areas and two seperate BBQ areas - BBQ bookings are essential - please book a (max 4 hour) time slot via the noticeboard in the Level 3 hall.

Our guests can make use of the complimentary, unlimited and high-speed (100Mbps) WIFI available in all apartments.

Direct bookers can look forward to FREE PARKING (one bay per apartment) alongside paid visitor parking right by the building in the Secure-managed, underground and on-site car park. 

All guests have access to secure and gated bike lockup racks.

Security is a priority within the building, with 24/7 CCTV in common areas around the complex, in the foyer and within each lift. Door and lift access require security fobs for entry, and Security patrol the building each day of the week from 6pm to 6am.

We offer our longer-staying guests a complimentary weekly service clean and linen/towel change, although we can bring fresh towels as often as required for any length of stay - just get in touch to let us know when you would like some more brought by! 

We are eco-conscious and are careful about the products that we use to clean with, and try to minimise our impact on the environment - we only supply biodegradable bin liners in our apartments, and limit single-packaged items as much as possible. Our bathroom products for guests to use are all vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, we refuse to supply individually-wrapped soap, using a soap dispenser instead and we encourage our guests not to throw out the little bathroom bottles as we reuse these to minimise unnecessary waste. We care about our beautiful world and carefully consider the impact that we are having throughout all business decisions.

When you stay with Apartments on Connor, we donate a small portion of each stay to Bali Animal Welfare Association, to help support this incredible not-for-profit organisation. We also sell Janice Girardi's Paw Print Sterling Silver jewellery with all proceeds going directly back to BAWA.
